How to Use My Prayer Journal

1. Write down your prayer concern
2. Write down the date you began praying for this particular need.
3. As you pray, in the days and weeks to come, you can jot down some ways you see God working.
4. Write down the date you received an answer to your prayer

​SOAP Method of Bible Reading

• Scripture – write the verse or passage of Scripture that speaks to your heart
• Observation – What stood out to you about the verse? Were there any commands or instructions? What is the author trying to convey?
• Apply – How can you apply this verse to your life today? How can you live in light of this truth?
• Pray – Respond to the passage in prayer. Ask God to help you apply this Scripture to your life.  Spend some time listening to what He may be telling you.
